The room provided good blackout curtains. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. The location is great with many restaurants nearby (I recommend Lidia's for dinner).
The room size did not meet my expectations. The reception staff did not give me the impression of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast options were limited. There were no fried eggs unless I paid extra.

The staff at reception were very helpful and kind. i couldn't stay my last night because of unexpected work commitments. The hotel offered compensation. i got free breakfast and could use that night on a future visit! the room was cleaned upon request, even at odd times like 6 pm.
the water in the room for taking a shower was cold to lukewarm at best it really wasn't nice.

The hotel offers a good location near parque metro station. the neighborhood felt safe and accessible. i especially liked how close it was to many attractions. It made exploring easy.

The room was very nice and clean with a comfy bed! it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room felt fresh every day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything! The location downtown was great. It took me only 15 mins to the airport outside of peak traffic. The air conditioning worked great!
The water in the room for showers was cold to lukewarm at best. That sucked! there weren't any chargers near the bed area, and I had to go to the other side of the room to charge things.

the location was convenient near public transport I found it easy to get around the city the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere I appreciated the restful environment the staff was helpful when I asked questions they provided assistance I needed the breakfast had different options.
